Our Basic price is 30 cents a sq ft, Please understand that every home is different it their own way, every rug is different, some are cleaned more or less often, depending on the client, so our prices are a guide line, they are more likely to be less than more in most cases, if you would like to have a hands on estimate Please ask for one, then there will be no surprises, as you can imagine it is hard for us to visualize any home over the phone. we would be more than happy to view.


Minimum Service call is $98, 

 If we come out to clean 1 room this applies, so we always ask you to prepare more than 1 room to receive more value for your money,

 It takes an hour time slot to come out for a small area, so we have to have a $95 service call, If you do not have another room,

 bring out your mats, and we will be happy to do them for you.

House Package 

Living Dining Room and Hall ( Aprox 350 sq ft) at 30 cnts, this is $105, we charge $98 separately

3 bedrooms average size

& 1 flight of Stairs 12-15     $ 285.00 depending on condition basically 30 cents a sq ft


White Rugs an additional fee of $25 + tax on house Package ( if they are well beyond normal cleaning )

We realize there are many variations to condo layout, if you are unsure,

Portables cleaning requires extra time ,

 from parking issues to hallways and elevators, please allow at least 2 hours for an appointment

3 Level Town Homes  

3 bedrooms on top floor and hall,will be priced as   $128.00 maybe less if small

 2 full flights of stairs $50 each, total $100

If there are any more bedrooms they will be around $30.00

 If there is carpet on the Main floor such as Living / Dining room it will be priced as LDH at $98.00

 All commercial cleaning is at  30 cents a sq ft. depending on quantity and condition, Please phone for a hands on estimate. 

We will be happy to come and look at it for you.

If there is a large sq footage we may clean for 27 cents
